This newly created role will focus on:Strategic DevelopmentWork with leaders to create a talent acquisition strategy aligned with organisational goals.Focus on key talent needs, succession planning, and career pathways.Innovation in RecruitmentLead innovation in recruitment practices and technology ensuring a streamlined and inclusive approach.Build a creative team culture to enhance candidate sourcing and recruitment experiences.Champion Y NSW's Employer Value Proposition.Systems ManagementImprove recruitment systems and tools for efficiency.Use data to guide strategies and measure success.Manage recruitment systems, coordinating with relevant stakeholders for updates.Train recruiters and hiring managers on effective system use to ensure data integrity.Lead and mentor the recruitment team, fostering professional growth and a high-performing culture aligned with Y NSW values.Stakeholder EngagementDeliver recruitment services that improve retention and meet operational needs.Partner with leaders to develop targeted recruitment strategies.Provide insights on workforce planning and talent development.Metrics and ReportingDevelop and track key metrics for recruitment efforts, providing regular updates to senior management.Your Experience and QualificationsExtensive experience in talent acquisition, emphasising innovation, process improvement, and candidate experience.Proven track record in implementing recruitment technologies and systems.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant experience.To be successful in the role you will have:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-informed approach to decision-making.Strong commercial and financial skills, including data and technology proficiency, market and customer insights, sales, product and brand knowledge, financial analysis, budgeting, cost management, and reporting.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels.Customer centricity, the ability to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.Demonstrated skills in technology enablement and innovative approaches.Understanding of risk obligations within a regulated environment.Team management skills with the ability to coach and mentor.Skilled in applicant tracking and talent marketplace systems within the enterprise ecosystem.Who What Y?The Y NSW is a profit-for-purpose organisation focused on healthy living, social impact and empowering young people.
