Are you an experienced and sales-driven Talent Acquisition Team Leader ready to make an impact? We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our fast-paced team in Melbourne. As a pivotal player in our recruitment process, you will lead and drive revenue through end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing top-tier talent to delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. 

Key Responsibilities: Exceeding Sales Targets: Surpass revenue goals by identifying new business opportunities, expanding client relationships, and closing lucrative recruitment deals.Managing Recruitment Team: Providing leadership and guidance to the recruitment team, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
