About the Role: As the Head of Supply Chain, you will oversee global supply chain operations for both underground and open pit mining across Africa, North America, and Australia. This role includes managing procurement, inventory, supplier relationships, logistics, and distribution to ensure efficient, cost-effective operations. Leading teams across continents, you'll ensure timely material flow, manage risks, and build strong supplier partnerships, all in line with the company's safety, productivity, and sustainability goals.
