Responsibilities: End-to-end ownership of the entire creator supply chain
Create the company's supply chain strategy
Solve structural problems at a central level to speed up the growth of exclusive and non-exclusive supply chain business for OI
Own analytical projects to solve different types of business problems
Enable onboarding of great creators in exclusive and non-exclusive supply chains.
P&L responsibility for the exclusive and non-exclusive supply chains
Make changes to the product line to increase profit margin/take rate
Streamline business and technology solutions that strengthen our partnerships while advancing our services
Work effectively in a team environment and cross-functionally with creator-side products & technology teams, engineers, Studio, Analytics & Product
Define the digital supply chain roadmap, gain alignment across multiple key stakeholders, and execute goals.
Institutionalize order delivery norms and set centralized processes for the category
Collaborate with cross-functional internal partners in marketing, technology, and product to execute multiple category and central-level projects
Work with the marketing team to generate customer orders and improve demand
Analyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends
Devise long-term development strategies for the increase in creator supply
Devise long-term development strategies to solve for pricing, and setting industry standards with supply-exclusive and non-exclusive supply chains.
Determine the positioning of creators to maximize visibility
Liaise with marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of the category
Price Management: Price management of the creators so one remains competitive in the market, which would include negotiations with the creators and replacing the ones that fail to provide a competitive price.
Category Analytics: Proficient in data and analytics to identify growth areas and execute.
Requirements: 9+ years of demonstrated results as a program manager in a technical, e-commerce, or media-related environment.
Engineering and MBA from Tier 1 College (4+ years of experience post-MBA preferred)
Strong problem-solving ability – The candidate needs to exhibit structured thinking, strong analytical skills, and process/ data orientation.
Stakeholder management skills – This is a cross-functional role and the candidate should be able to drive results while working with diverse teams
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Demonstrated success in solving analytical problems
