About the role: As the Head of Supply Chain Operations, you will be leading, optimising, and helping to transform our Supply Chain across all operational processes. You will relentlessly drive our best-in-class fulfilment outcomes, Customer Service standards and customer on-boarding - seamlessly balancing business objectives, delivering exceptional value to our customers and being a key cross-functional leader helping to shape the future of Ofload.
Note: This is a 12 month fixed-term contract. What you'll do: Lead and manage a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation.Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and process optimization.Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Supply Chain Solutions teams to support and drive the continuous innovation of our platform.Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, and product teams to support growth and new customer onboarding.Serve as a key point of escalation for compliance, carrier, and shipper issues.Qualifications and Skills: Strong leadership experience in supply chain operations with a focus on fulfilment and customer service.A passion for technology and drive for continuous improvement.Ability to drive cost efficiencies and implement strategic sourcing initiatives.Expertise in managing large teams and a proven track record of scaling operations.At Ofload we prioritise impact, aptitude and passion, so we'd encourage you to apply if you do not meet all the above criteria.
