You will relentlessly drive our best-in-class fulfilment outcomes, Customer Service standards, and customer onboarding - seamlessly balancing business objectives, delivering exceptional value to our customers, and being a key cross-functional leader helping to shape the future of Ofload.Note: This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.What you'll do: Lead and manage a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation. Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and process optimization. Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Supply Chain Solutions teams to support and drive the continuous innovation of our platform. Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, and product teams to support growth and new customer onboarding. Serve as a key point of escalation for compliance, carrier, and shipper issues.Qualifications and Skills: Strong leadership experience in supply chain operations with a focus on fulfilment and customer service. A passion for technology and drive for continuous improvement. Ability to drive cost efficiencies and implement strategic sourcing initiatives.
