About the Role Reporting to the GM Strategy Supply Chain, the Head of Supply Chain Enablement is responsible for defining supply capabilities which are required to successfully operate in the desired SRG network model, and build and execute the capability roadmap.
Acting as a central conduit between Supply Chain and the retail Brands, this is the connector between Strategy and Operationalisation, working across all time horizons to drive upstream and downstream improvements with the focus of aligning to strategy.
The successful candidate is ideally based in either Brisbane (Strathpine) or Melbourne where most of the stakeholders are located.
About you As an operational expert, you will have: Experience in leading large teams in Supply Chain, Logistics or Warehousing operations.
Experience with change management, preferably leading complex changes in an operational environment.
Experience in communicating with broad stakeholder groups, including executive teams and third-party service providers.
Experience in building capability plans, including People, Operational and Process.
Ability to develop and apply governance processes, preferably with experience in governing high sensitivity or significant CAPEX/OPEX investments.
Your highly developed interpersonal and communication skills along with strong customer focus will be key to this role.
