Innovation lies at the heart of their operation, driving to continuously develop new materials, improve production processes, and introduce environmentally sustainable solutions.Job DescriptionThe Head of Supply Chain & Operations ANZ is responsible for the following:Develop and execute operational and supply chain strategies to meet business objectives.Oversee key operations functions including manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, sourcing, and logistics to ensure cost-effective and efficient processes.Maintain ISO 9001 certifications and implement best practices in Total Quality Management (TQM), driving continuous improvement initiatives.Lead and optimise Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.Ensure compliance with local safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture and manage labor relations in both union and non-union environments.Oversee budget development, cost control, and capital expenditure management.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline supply chain processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate for the Head of Supply Chain & Operations ANZ role will ideally have the following:Experience:Proven experience in multi-country operations, supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing.Proven track record in ISO 9001 environments and/or SQF Level 2 or 3.Expertise in lean methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, TQM), value stream mapping, and other related tools.Strong knowledge of supply chain and warehouse management, 3PL providers, ERP/MRP practices, and inventory control.Extensive experience in managing S&OP, MPS, MRP, and leading multi-country operations.Strong negotiation skills, including managing union and non-union operations.Experience in managing capital expenses and budgets.Education & Certification:Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Lean Six Sigma, MRP II, ERP, APICS certifications desirable.MBA or Global Sourcing Management training is a plus.Skills & Competencies:Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and statistical analysis skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Experience in crisis management and business continuity planning.What's on OfferThis role offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation and lead a key function that impacts the success of the business across the APAC region.
