Innovation lies at the heart of their operation, driving the continuous development of new materials, improving production processes, and introducing environmentally sustainable solutions.Job DescriptionThe Head of Supply Chain & Operations ANZ is responsible for the following:Develop and execute operational and supply chain strategies to meet business objectives.Oversee key operations functions including manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, sourcing, and logistics to ensure cost-effective and efficient processes.Maintain ISO 9001 certifications and implement best practices in quality processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives.Lead and optimise Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.Ensure compliance with local safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture and manage labor relations in both union and non-union environments.Oversee budget development, cost control, and capital expenditure management.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline supply chain processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate for the Head of Supply Chain & Operations ANZ role will ideally have the following key skills & qualities:Experience running multi-site operations, ideally across multiple countries.Proven track record working in IOS certification environments.Expertise in continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma.Strong knowledge of supply chain and warehouse management, 3PL providers, ERP/MRP practices, and inventory control.Extensive experience in managing S&OP, MPS, MRP.Strong negotiation skills.Strong leadership, coaching, and organisational skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and statistical analysis skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Experience in crisis management and business continuity planning.What's on OfferThis role offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation and lead a key function that impacts the success of the business across the APAC region.
