This senior role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with local standards, and fostering a high-performing team culture across multiple countries.DescriptionThe Head of Supply Chain & Operations ANZ is responsible for the following:Develop and execute operational and supply chain strategies to meet business objectives.Oversee key operations functions including manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, sourcing, and logistics to ensure cost-effective and efficient processes.Maintain ISO 9001 certifications and implement best practice in quality processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives.Lead and optimise Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.Ensure compliance with local safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture and manage labor relations in both union and non-union environments.Oversee budget development, cost control, and capital expenditure management.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline supply chain processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance.ProfileThe successful candidate for the Head of Supply Chain & Operations ANZ role will ideally have the following key skills & qualities:Experience running multi-site operations, ideally across multiple countries.Proven track record working in IOS certification environments.Expertise in continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma.Strong knowledge of supply chain and warehouse management, 3PL providers, ERP/MRP practices, and inventory control.Extensive experience in managing S&OP, MPS, MRP.Strong leadership, coaching, and organisational skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and statistical analysis skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Experience in crisis management and business continuity planning.Job OfferThis role offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation and lead a key function that impacts the success of the business across the APAC region.Package includes:Base salary c$250,000 + SuperannuationCompany carLucrative bonusTo apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
