We'd love it if you had: Agency experience is a MUST. Whether you have worked for a small-midsized independent agency or a global holding group, you can adapt your strategies to an agency like us! Understanding of key performance metrics for Social Media activity and how to interpret the data to provide insightful reporting. Strong knowledge of the latest developments in the social media advertising space, including new functionality and guideline changes to social media algorithms. Interest in testing emerging platforms. Demonstrated ability to collaborate seamlessly across functions to develop integrated and comprehensive strategies, ensuring successful execution from planning to activation. Experience in leading brand planning workshops, delivering senior client presentations, and participating in any client meetings that demand a strategic presence.
