You will be instrumental in evolving the way we think about and deliver these critical business functions, and will help foster a consistent, holistic and strategically aligned approach to our business planning and delivery.Key responsibilities will include:Guiding the planning, development and implementation of a strategy that ensures long-term success, viability, and performance, supporting key sub-strategies critical to business successEstablishing and managing the go-to -market strategies, branding and strategic communications plans, positioning Enerven as a national playerPartnering with senior leaders and the business development team to support the identification and execution of opportunities into revenue generating propositionsOverseeing large scale bid opportunities, business cases and strategic partnerships aligned to Enerven's directionDriving a coordinated approach to develop and implement a robust strategic customer relationship management frameworkMature connections with key industry players (potential clients, suppliers, external agencies, etc.) to support the business pipelineAbout youYou will bring demonstrated experience working at a senior level across a range of business functions, including strategic planning, client relationship management, business development and brand and marketing functions.You can articulate your vision in a compelling way and are highly effective in reframing perceptions around traditional approaches. You are an innovative driver of change, with a focus on defining, planning and delivering a coordinated strategy that ensures long-term business success, viability, and performance.A minimum bachelor's level qualification in business management, commerce, finance, engineering or equivalentExtensive experience in the infrastructure construction/civil engineering industryExperience in Senior leadership roles focussed on business growth and expansionOrganisational strategic planning experienceStrategic business development and bid leadership skillsKnowledge of the energy sector and relevant state and federal decision-making processes will be highly regardedWork location is flexible, however there is a strong preference for the role to be based at our Adelaide Head Office.
