Your Impact: As Asahi Beverages' Australian alcohol business division, we are dedicated to driving growth, profitability, and market leadership in the dynamic beverage industry. We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader to join our team as the Head of Strategy – Carlton & United Breweries. Reporting to the Group General Manager of Strategy & Corporate Development, this role will be instrumental in shaping and executing the long-term growth agenda for our Carlton & United Breweries (CUB) business division.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with CUB Leadership Team to develop 5-year strategic plan for business growth and competitive advantage.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive market penetration, expand into new categories, and enhance revenue streams.Spearhead strategic business cases, analysing options to drive growth and profitability.Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.Provide mentorship, fostering professional development within the team.Build strong relationships with stakeholders to gain support for strategic initiatives and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.About You: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in corporate strategy or management consulting.Strong working knowledge of FMCG or Beverage Industry.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies that drive revenue and market share expansion.Curious and strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, anticipate market trends, and adapt to changing business environments.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.Results-oriented with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes and driving continuous improvement.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of our business while working alongside a talented and passionate team.
