Critical for success is the introduction of a strategic People and Culture leadership team to work collectively and in partnership across the broader business, to drive this evolution.This includes Heads of People Experience, People Capability & Development, People & Safety Partnering and Strategic people Programs, and provides a rare and unique opportunity for highly experienced, passionate and strategically capable People and Culture leaders to be part of this newly established team.About the RoleReporting to the CPO, the Head of Strategic People Programs role is responsible for the P&C strategic framework and successful execution of strategic people programs, process improvement initiatives, digital transformation, systems and data. Success will be realised through robust collaboration and active involvement with the People and Culture leadership team, as well as the broader business. Together, they will inform priorities for people strategies and programs to spearhead the strategic changes essential as an employer and provider of choice.What You Will BringThe successful candidate will have senior leadership experience in a similar role within a complex, technical business. Demonstrated experience establishing or maintaining HRIS's, process improvement and project management methodologies and tools, along with data analysis insights and strategic reporting is a critical requirement. You must have an analytical mindset and proven track record in strategic problem solving, planning and thinking. Your ability to coach/mentor, communicate, influence and negotiate will be complemented by your natural ability to partner and engage with diverse stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
