As a senior leader reporting directly to the CFO, you will drive high-impact projects that impact the whole of Flex.
You will be directly leading the Strategic Finance team, a centralized group of business experts who own financial predictability, drive ROI maximization and serve as connective tissue between internal business operations, external perspectives and key strategic decisioning.
This involves both direct ownership, as well as indirect influence to drive decisions that affect the long term trajectory of our business.
This position is ideal for a seasoned Finance professional who excels in big-picture strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and process optimization.What You'll Do:
Lead, grow and optimize our strategic finance team with high degrees of analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration and a broad skill set combining finance, data, and strategyCollaborate with company and functional leadership to analyze complex business decisions and provide thought partnership through a financial lensCreate and operate key financial forecasting tools and operating models, partnering with teams across the business to maximize predictabilityDevelop, deliver, and maintain insightful reporting on KPIs, growth trends and operational metrics to key internal and external stakeholdersCreate and own the financial planning and budgeting lifecycle, working to shape the financial trajectory of the business and connect operating goals to financial targetsIdentify and execute opportunities to maximize ROI throughout the organization and drive sustainable growthSupport the Board and Executive team on ad hoc strategy and financial analyses, such as new product launches, expansions, operational changes and M&A opportunitiesImplement new processes, tools, and systems to improve forecasting and reporting accuracy and efficiencySupport fundraising, capital markets and investor relations activitiesWhat We're Looking For:
A Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or relevant field8+ years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a management roleDeep understanding of fintech and/or financial services businessExperience building and managing Finance teamDesire for a fast-paced, hands on, entrepreneurial environmentExceptional interpersonal and presentation skillsThe salary compensation range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.
For working locations such as NY/NJ/CA, the base salary pay range will be $245,000 to $265,000.Life at Flex:
