The Role We are seeking an accomplished Head of Store Operations to oversee and drive store performance across Queensland. In this senior role, you'll lead a high-volume operation, traveling frequently to monitor and support numerous retail locations. You will be responsible for overseeing Regional Managers and ensuring stores meet or exceed targets in sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The role also involves implementing operational strategies and best practices to enhance efficiency and elevate the customer experience across the region. Working closely with both regional leaders and corporate stakeholders, you will play a critical role in aligning store operations with the company's overall strategic initiatives, including sustainability, digital transformation, and loyalty programs.
Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will bring extensive general management experience in retail or a customer-centric industry, with a strong background in managing large, multi-site operations. Experience leading large teams, including oversight of Regional Managers and high headcount locations, is essential. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, as well as a strategic mindset to drive regional goals in alignment with corporate objectives.
