About the RoleThe Head of Sport (One Haileybury) is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the strategic direction, operational management, and cultural development of the sports program across all of Haileybury's Melbourne campuses.

About YouThis role provides the opportunity for a dynamic individual who can foster a high-performing sporting culture, drive efficiencies, and ensure the smooth coordination of sporting activities and events. To be successful in this role you will have:
Demonstrated strategic leadership; Develop and implement a comprehensive sports strategy aligned with the School's vision, mission and magenta principles.
