Our market is every Payments Processor, Acquirer, Payfac, ISO, & Marketplace, and we have a rapidly growing customer base globally.MVSI is headquartered in Australia, with an ever-growing team in Asia, the UK, and Europe, and we are expanding our technology delivery team to account for growth.The formal title of the role is Head of Delivery, and your new role is project managing the delivery schedules of our software releases, including major, minor, and patch releases, as well as external projects managed by the service delivery team for implementation and configuration for new customers.No two days are ever the same! Being international, some out of hours is required, but we more than make up for that with flexible working arrangements.Your RoleAs a Head of Delivery, you will collaborate closely with the CTO and CEO to translate high-level technical vision into actionable strategies and oversee the successful execution of complex projects. You will be managing both the software development and delivery teams.With growth comes opportunity, and we need people with ambition who can be hands-on today and strategic tomorrow.Role ResponsibilitiesManage the content and timing of software development sprints.Provide project management assistance to a small team of Implementation consultants responsible for implementing new customers, as well as existing projects within the client base.Day-to-day management of project plans, schedules, budgets, and project management documentation.Utilization and enhancement of Jira to deliver reporting on project status.Work closely with a dynamic, cohesive, and efficient development team and a broader cross-functional technical team.Develop a strong understanding of how the technology works and how external customers use our SaaS platform to gain commercial advantages.In collaboration with the customer plan and manage customer-facing software implementation projects.Work with Technical Engagement to initiate and then manage the process for integrations to third-party systems.Work on multiple implementations in parallel, managing your time effectively.About youStrong understanding of the software development life-cycle having also previous work experience in a commercial B2B SaaS environment.Comfortable managing the resolution of complex problems.Agile Certification as you will be managing the sprint.Project Management Certification.Ability to manage budgets.Stakeholder and Relationship Management.Prior experience in fintech is a nice to have but not essential.Exceptional Career Growth Prospects.Next stepsIf this sounds like you, and you want a great career opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
