You will have full decision-making authority over your team and work closely with cross-functional experts to drive project success.DutiesLead a team of 4, including 3 Data Scientists with neuroscience expertise and 1 Software EngineerDevelop algorithms focused on market targeting and experimental designDrive decision-making for the team's direction and collaborate with external partnersOversee the software engineering and development process within a regulated medical device environmentSkills and ExperienceStrong background in algorithms and data scienceMust come from a Medical Device environment - preferably within Neurology, but not essentialExtensive commercial awarenessDemonstrated leadership experienceDeep understanding of software engineering, particularly within regulated environmentsProven ability to make independent decisions and guide a team toward project goalsCultureYou'll find a supportive, high-performing environment where innovation is celebrated, and leadership is nurtured.
