Reporting into the Operations Director who is Sydney based and with a large site based 40km outside of Goulburn; they are looking for a seasoned leader with a visionary approach to production management.The RoleA highly experienced professional is needed to oversee, plan, and direct all production activities, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement comprehensive production strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Drive production efficiency through the implementation of best practices and innovative solutions.
Establish clear performance metrics, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to ensure team success.
Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, promoting a safe and sustainable workplace.
The CandidateYou will need a solid history within senior production management according to GMP standards and have a track record of strong leadership and people management. You will be an expert in in strategic planning, process optimisation, and performance management.
Excellent communication will be needed as you will form part of the Australian Operational leadership team and will be partnering with local and overseas stakeholders.The Benefits
