The Head of Shannons Customer Claims is a newly created role accountable for the design and execution of the end-to-end Shannons Customer Claims strategy (excl. lodgement).
This role will be responsible to deliver best-in-class customer experiences, leading claims cost outcomes, as well as establishing alignment of the Shannons Claims proposition with the broader Motor Claims strategy.
What you'll do: Execute the design and delivery for new and existing Shannons claims, including end-to-end accountability of the Shannons Customer Experience (excl. Lodgement). This includes Assessing Co-ordination, Assessing, Recoveries & Settlements, Major Loss and Supplier & Performance Operations Management.Ensure like-for-like work across all Suncorp brands have similar ways of working whilst balancing bespoke variations where required for the Shannons Customer Claims experience, which we know can lean towards the choice repairer path.Ensure the Shannons Customer Claims department has a smooth customer-obsessed focus to deliver on our promise to our customers in the moments that matter more efficiently and effectively.Design and execute the Shannons Customer Claims strategy to deliver best-in-class claims outcomes by leveraging and operationalising investments in people, data, digital, technology, supplier performance and operations management.Be accountable for customer, quality and cost outcomes including claims handling expenses, finalisations, claims cost, life of claim and customer satisfaction metrics for the Shannons Customer Claims end-to-end portfolio.Collaborate with the Optimisation team and Repairer & Supplier Management team to enhance claims outcomes and uplift customer-obsessed practices and client management experience for the Shannons Customer Claims end-to-end portfolio.What you'll bring: Degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.A passion for people and customers and ability to work in a performance-led culture.Demonstrated management experience within insurance claims or large-scale operational teams.Extensive commercial experience in insurance.If this opportunity sounds like the challenge you have been looking for please apply online today.
