The OpportunityThis role can be based in either Adelaide or Brisbane. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Head of Service Delivery will be responsible for leading and ensuring safe, high quality service delivery across all sites by fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
This role will manage the safety, wellbeing, and performance of all staff and service teams to ensure high quality service delivery and to meet organisational, stakeholder and regulator expectations. The Heads of Service Delivery will collaborate with peer leaders to drive alignment with the organisation's values and practice framework, supporting a cohesive and impactful leadership team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Oversee the efficient and effective delivery of CAFs ensuring continuous improvement and alignment to best practice.Oversee risk management efforts, including safeguarding practices to protect vulnerable populations.Collaborate with finance teams to optimize budget management and resource allocation.Be a change leader for business transformation and new ways of working.Build and lead a high-performing workforce to ensure a skilled and responsive team.About YouWe are seeking an experienced and accomplished senior leader with a proven track record in leadership, operational excellence and sector expertise within the CAFS sector. Additionally, at least 5 years of relevant industry experience and formal relevant tertiary qualification are essential.
You will have a proven track record of successfully delivering impactful CAFS programs and intimately understand the all areas of therapeutic service delivery and funding instruments. You will excel in stakeholder engagement, team development, and resource optimisation, ensuring services are delivered efficiently while meeting the needs of children and families. This should be combined with proven experience in leading and motivating diverse teams. You will have demonstrated experience in driving and enabling service excellence ensuring a client-centric approach across your workforce.
