Your Impact StrangeLove is a market leading Melbourne-based adult drinks brand reshaping how people drink drinks! We are now in search of a passionate and highly spirited Head of Sales to join and propel the Strangelove brand to new heights - flexible location Sydney or Melbourne.
In this fast-paced role, you will lead the pivotal sales function driving StrangeLove towards our ambitious growth goals across On-Premise, Retail and Distributors. You will lead the sales team and help ensure that Brand Ambassadors and brand activities drive our sales outcomes. You'll manage key Customer relationships and ways of working with the Asahi/CUB sales leadership and teams around Australia & New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities Manage relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration & alignment between our businesses.Embed high performance standards and a culture of shared learning across the team and wider business.Accountability for development execution of the retailer strategies including optimisation of promotions, managing relationships with channel promotional teams and supporting delivery of the joint goals for ALB/CUB, Coles/EDG, Grocery and independents.Achieve agreed brand and commercial targets in line with the national account strategy and individual goals and objectives.Negotiate and tailor trading terms including price and activation and performance-based criteria.About You We are seeking an individual that is truly passionate about the beverage industry, places a high value on stakeholder relationships and can design, implement and manage a sales plan.
A career built in FMCG with experience in liquor sales management.Strong verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.Ability to exceed sales targets using a structured data-driven, planned approach.Proven project management experience and the ability to deliver quality execution on time and within budget.Experience in negotiating and closing commercial contracts.Why StrangeLove?
