We passionately support Finance Brokers who specialise in asset finance via aggregation services, marketing, lead generation, customer relationships, technology, and business management; all with the objective of helping them to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.
The Role
The Head of Sales role is the sales leader responsible for the growth, reputation, and performance of Fintelligence Aggregation. Reporting to the General Manager, the role is part of the Fintelligence leadership team and includes responsibility for the development and execution of growth strategies and the execution of same to identify and onboard new Aggregation clients.
The role will manage a sales team, proactively network to identify new business opportunities and manage processes to facilitate successful acquisition of this business. The role is also responsible for maintaining strong business partner relationships with existing Aggregation clients plus lender and insurer representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide proactive input into the ongoing development of a value proposition that positions Fintelligence as the preeminent Asset Finance aggregator within Australia.
Establish and execute upon marketing and sales plans to successfully acquire new introducers and maintain existing aggregation clients to achieve agreed growth targets.
Develop a sales playbook, including operating rhythms, meeting plans and sales best practice processes. Ensure playbook is adhered to through training, performance management and coaching the sales team.
Maintain active and professional contact with all Aggregation clients, industry associates, lenders and insurers to ensure the Fintelligence brand is appropriately represented.
Professionally contribute to the growth of Fintelligence's external brand, including attendance of industry events and trade exhibitions.
Plan and lead execution of branded Professional Development events.
Provide ongoing support to all Brokers who utilise Ambition Cloud and/or Credit Concierge services to help them achieve optimal sales performance.
Proactively provide feedback to appropriate internal staff regarding performance and ongoing enhancement of process and systems that support the Aggregation business (e.g., Accounts, Ambition Cloud, Credit Concierge, Training, Onboarding, Compliance).
