About the role Reporting to the EGM Growth & Customer, and leading a large sales team, the Head of Sales will evolve the sales strategy and drive revenue, volume and price growth across all customer segments, in alignment with the enterprise strategy.
This pivotal role will develop and enhance the capability of a large matrix national sales team (200+) across multiple business units (BU) and partner with key internal stakeholders including GMs and sales managers, to deliver against performance metrics.
Generating superior brand value and sustainable customer solutions, the role will own the "go to market" model ensuring consistent sales channel execution, drive cross selling, seek new and organic volume growth opportunities, and proactively manage customer and prospect relationships.
About you You are a highly credible and respected sales leader with proven experience influencing national sales teams in a large matrix enterprise, in high volume industrial or other relevant B2B sectors.
Your demonstrated track record of achieving organic growth through a multi-channel sales force, and ability to influence and provide trusted counsel to executive stakeholders, are complemented by your resilience, high EQ, commercial acumen, passion for data and critical thinking agility.
