Key Responsibilities Provide visionary commercial leadership to drive sustainable success.
Craft and implement a robust sales strategy to meet and exceed organisational goals.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and professional associations.
Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Identify and seize new market opportunities.
Develop and deliver accurate management plans and sales forecasts.
Ensure optimal use and maintenance of sales systems, such as CRM.
Foster seamless collaboration between departments to ensure consistent and efficient practices.
Uphold group sales excellence by setting and maintaining high standards.
Effectively communicate key information to sales and technical staff and external customers.
What you'll need to be successful: Preferably 5+ years experience in leadership position in similar industry.
Proven experience managing a team of comparable size, with strong people management and staff development skills.
A results-driven mindset with a strong work ethic.
Open, reliable, and committed to driving continuous improvement.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
