Dext is seeking a Strategic Head of Sales Leader to lead our growth strategy across New Business, Account Management and Customer Success.
The successful individual will have a strong SaaS business background and will illustrate passion for the success of Dext's customers.
You will report to the General Manager of APAC based in Sydney.
This is a 12 month contract.

Your day-to-day will include:
Day-to-day management of Sales, Account Management and Customer Success teams within Australia.
Partner across the Sales, Account management and Customer Success teams to achieve and over-deliver on Net New MRR (monthly recurring revenue) targets, retention, upsell opportunities and successful adoption of Dext products.
Take existing successful global processes, support the creation of local processes and work with the local teams to adapt and deliver world-class sales, account management and customer success experiences.
Support Sales operating performance across Australia.
Own Account Management operating performance across Australia including retention and expansion.
Own Customer Success ensures customers gain the maximum return from their investment, resulting in high satisfaction levels and upselling opportunities.
Work closely with corporate headquarters development, operations and product management teams to convey evolving customer requirements, handle technical and operations requests and act as a manager for the teams that both champion and guide our customers in their deployment of our technologies.
Identify points of risk and opportunity to drive retention and increase sales.
Analyse customer data to generate insights and performance reports.
Use this data to provide recommendations on strategies for maximising revenue.
Advocate for customer needs/issues across departments (Marketing, Product).
Requirements
A seasoned SaaS sales professional with 10+ years experience, including 4+ years in team management.
A proactive and results-oriented leader who consistently meets or exceeds targets.
Strong skills in coaching and developing talent, fostering a high-performance culture.
Analytical, data-driven, and skilled at refining strategies based on sales metrics.
Sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
The ability to plan, execute and deliver multiple projects while staying organised and delivering against expectations.
Excellent business writing skills.
Strong commercial acumen.
Experience forecasting revenue growth.
Demonstrated experience working towards targets/ quotas.
Experience within a high-growth or change environment.
Experience in SaaS based businesses and implementing and cross-selling a Multi-Product Platform.
Active listening skills and high emotional intelligence.
Highly skilled in delivering expert-level consultative sales.
