Our client is seeking a passionate Head of Sales APAC to lead and expand our sales efforts in the Asia-Pacific region.

As the Head of Sales APAC, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and growth of our sales operations across the Asia-Pacific region. You will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with our clients and partners. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our brand in a fast-growing market.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the APAC region to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our presence across key markets in the region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to ensure success across the region.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adapt and optimize sales strategies.
Collaborate closely with the marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to the executive team.
About You:
Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the lifestyle or consumer goods industry.
Extensive experience in the APAC region, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for building lasting relationships.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Willingness to travel across the region as needed.
