As Head of Sales and Marketing, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's national growth strategy and implementing effective sales and marketing processes and systems. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will work closely with the senior executive leadership team and oversee both the sales and marketing functions. You will also be tasked with leading a high-performing team and motivating them to achieve ambitious revenue and market expansion targets across the country.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the creation and execution of strategic plans to drive growth in national markets, aligned with company objectives.Build and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Drive the development and implementation of robust sales and marketing processes and systems, ensuring efficiency, effective performance tracking, and alignment with business goals.Lead efforts to increase market share nationally across various sectors, focusing on achieving both short-term and long-term revenue growth objectives.Engage with operational and functional counterparts, the Board, and other key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product delivery, driving customer satisfaction and successful outcomes.Work with the team to provide exceptional ongoing aftermarket support, maximising the lifecycle value of products and parts.Key Requirements:Proven leadership experience in driving sales and marketing functions within a capital equipment, manufacturing, or industrial environment.Strong ability to manage a geographically dispersed team, fostering a high-performance culture.Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements, systems, and strategies to drive growth.High levels of energy, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence key stakeholders.Excellent communication, mentoring, and relationship management skills.This is a unique opportunity to join a leading Perth-based manufacturer with a strong market presence.
