Reporting to the Executive General Manager – People, Culture & Community, the role will take overall responsibility to shape, develop and implement safety policies and systems to minimize workplace hazards, protect employees from harm and foster a culture of safety within the organisation.Airport Development Group owns and manages diverse infrastructure assets across the Northern Territory, including airports, hotels, aviation, and commercial buildings, and has ambitious plans to expand into Western Australia and Queensland. ADG are seeking a high-calibre professional with extensive experience in Safety management within a complex infrastructure management business who can work with various stakeholders to enhance and enforce ADG's safety culture, regulatory compliance and outcomes.This is a fantastic opportunity for the ideal candidate to be the architect of the ADG safety framework and become a part of ADG during an exciting phase of expansion.
