Full timeDrive Sustainable ARR Growth as Head of Revenue at ZeligateJob title: Head of RevenueZeligate is seeking a dynamic Head of Revenue to lead our growth initiatives and drive sustainable Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and scaling our revenue operations.As the Head of Revenue at Zeligate, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve our ARR targets, improve sales performance, and enhance our market position. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our revenue generation processes and drive sustainable growth.Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategyLead and optimise sales processes to improve conversion rates and pipeline velocityEnhance digital marketing efforts and leverage community engagement for growthExpand distribution partnerships and explore enterprise opportunitiesAlign sales approach with Metrics That Matter (MTMs) across the customer journeyImplement data-driven decision-making processes to inform strategy and tacticsCollaborate with product and customer success teams to drive user adoption and retentionDevelop and manage revenue forecasts, ensuring accuracy and accountabilityQualifications:Proven track record of driving revenue growth in B2B SaaS environmentsExperience in developing and executing successful GTM strategiesStrong understanding of sales methodologies and pipeline managementExpertise in digital marketing, partner management, and enterprise salesData-driven approach with the ability to analyze and act on key performance metricsExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrategic thinking with a focus on long-term sustainable growthKey Performance Indicators:Achievement of ARR targetsImprovement in key metrics: conversion rates, ARPA, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (LTV)Successful implementation of GTM strategiesGrowth in partnerships and distribution channelsThis is a Brisbane based hybrid role.
