About The Team: UberEats is the ANZ market leader in Online Food Delivery. Our vision as the ANZ restaurants team is to reimagine the way restaurants serve their customers. What You'll Do: Collaborate Globally: Work with global, regional, and local teams to design and implement scalable processes, launching tech-driven solutions to maximize merchant value and align with Uber's commercial goals. Drive Strategic Vision: Develop and lead a compelling strategy for restaurant selection, experience, and growth on UberEats, ensuring these initiatives enhance platform growth and consumer satisfaction. Manage Operations: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, resolving challenges such as tech issues, weather disruptions, and safety concerns. Set and Achieve Goals: Build, monitor, and refine ANZ-level objectives, empowering Sales teams with strategic programs to drive engagement and sustainable growth. Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Collaborate with Restaurant Sales, Ad Sales, GTM, Consumer Operations, and Marketplace teams to ensure successful market growth and operational health. Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team, enhancing team structure, efficiency, and engagement. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability. Strategic Initiatives: Spearhead initiatives aimed at improving merchant experience, performance, and lifecycle management, ensuring success for our partners. Align Local and Global Priorities: Build strong relationships with global stakeholders to align Uber's global priorities with local market execution. The experience you'll bring: Extensive experience in strategic and operational roles with a proven track record of delivering results. Strong leadership experience, managing and developing diverse teams (2nd line management experience is advantageous). Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of data and technical concepts. Experience managing complex projects with multiple internal and external partners. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and often ambiguous environment. Experience partnering with sales and account management teams. Experience with a marketplace product is highly desirable. We welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where everyone and everything can move independently. If you have the curiosity, passion, and collaborative spirit, work with us, and let's move the world forward, together.
