is recruiting for an experienced Head of Real Estate to take on a role working for a leading national real estate group specialising in residential property sales and management with a particular focus on long-term rental solutions and Build-to-Rent assets.

The

Head of Real Estate

will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in driving growth strategy and establishing strategic plans for the company's established and growing asset portfolio.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives, identifying market opportunities within property management and Build-to-Rent portfolios.Oversee the residential and property sales divisions, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with business objectives.Lead negotiations and execute property agreements, maintaining compliance with relevant legislative requirements.Act as the senior point of contact for property management, representing the company in key stakeholder interactions.Provide leadership and direction to property management teams across Australia, supporting team performance and development.Ensure industry standards and company policies are upheld across all activities.Collaborate with senior leaders to align property operations with corporate strategies.Prepare executive-level reports and manage relationships with essential internal and external stakeholders.

Required Experience:A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Full License (applicable in one Australian state, with potential for mutual recognition).At least 10 years of experience in sales and commercial management, particularly within the residential sector.Proven strategic planning and financial acumen.Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management and development.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.Proactive initiative to roll out structure and establish solid processes & procedures.
