About Your Role Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Head of Quality Systems & Improvement to work within our Quality, Safeguarding and Practice division, where you will lead the development, implementation and enhancement of our quality operating systems.
You will lead a dynamic team, collaborating across divisions to ensure our services meet and exceed the sector standards. By embedding continuous improvement and innovation into our practice governance framework, you will contribute to Scope's mission of delivering empowering, safe, and high-quality client services.
With responsibilities ranging from implementing quality management systems to managing strategic risks, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Scope's future.
What We Look For You will be an experienced and strategic senior leader who thrives on complexity, and values collaboration and ethical decision-making. Your experience in leading others through significant reform and change, implementing and managing governance and quality operating systems will be highly valuable.
Your Bachelor of Health, Disability, Business (or equivalent), will play a vital role in rapidly adapting to the sector and your success in embedding quality management systems, frameworks, practices and governance.
