At Acknowledge Education, we're seeking a stellar Quality Assurance, Risk and Compliance leader. In this critical role, you'll steer the ship in navigating regulations, upholding quality, and fostering a risk-aware culture.
What you'll do: Stay on top of Australian tertiary education laws and regulatory guidelines (TEQSA, ASQA, etc.)Develop and execute strategies to ensure ongoing legal and regulatory complianceLead accreditation processes, liaising with bodies like TEQSA and ASQAIdentify and evaluate risks, creating comprehensive mitigation strategiesProvide risk management guidance and instill a risk-aware cultureConduct audits assessing quality processes and pinpointing improvementsLead, coach, and grow a stellar team, promoting accountabilityWork with academics to spotlight enhancement areas and drive strategiesAct as primary contact for regulatory agencies and accreditorsWhat you'll bring: You have quality assurance and risk management expertise in Australian tertiary education, with mastery of regulatory frameworks like TEQSA and ASQA. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are key, along with top-notch communication skills to connect with diverse groups. An accomplished leader, you can guide teams and spearhead initiatives to uphold standards and ensure compliance.
