The Opportunity:
We are looking for an accomplished real estate professional to take on the role of Head of Property. In this key leadership position, you will oversee the strategic direction and management of our client's residential property division, which includes Build-to-Rent (BTR), Permanent Rentals, and Property Sales.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the Property Sales and Residential teams, fostering a high-performance culture. Craft and execute strategies to enhance departmental performance and profitability. Stay ahead of market trends and identify opportunities for growth and risk mitigation. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to streamline operational processes and drive innovation. Ensure compliance with legal requirements, including trust accounting, property agreements, and regulatory standards. Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on key developments and objectives. What We're Looking For: 8-10 years of experience in real estate sales and property management, with proven leadership capabilities. Current Real Estate Licence. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop strategies, and drive business success. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
