Head Of Property Management

Position: Head of Property ManagementLocation: Logan, QLDSalary: > $100k + SuperannuationKey Responsibilities:Supervise Property Managers, Leasing Consultants, and Administrative staff.Conduct daily or weekly team meetings to discuss workloads, goals, and challenges.Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to team members.Monitor the performance of property portfolios (vacancy rates, arrears, maintenance issues, etc.).Ensure properties are compliant with QLD regulations and company policies.Review and approve tenancy agreements, lease renewals, and maintenance requests.Develop strategies to grow the property management division (acquiring new clients or increasing revenue streams).Assess and implement new technology or systems to improve efficiency.Analyse market trends to adapt the department's services.Qualifications Required:A demonstrated track record in a property management leadership position.Experience in a Senior Property Management or Head of Department position.Immaculate personal presentation with incredible written and verbal communication.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.Strategic thinking to balance short-term issues and long-term goals.Knowledge of property legislation and financial management.What's on Offer:Monday to Friday, no weekend work!Highly autonomous role spearheading leadership and growth.Up to 100K + Superannuation (depending on experience).Wonderful business owners/team with tonnes of support!How to apply:Please submit your resume by hitting APPLY or contact us directly:Nick ****** 146 655All applications will be held in strict confidence, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
