You will be responsible for:Overview of the OpportunityLeading and managing the delivery of projects across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring successful outcomes through collaboration and a supportive, team-driven approach. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams in both Australia and APAC, always striving for excellence and mutual growth.Directing both short- and long-term resource planning with functional teams to guarantee that projects are delivered with high quality, safety, and efficiency, while fostering an environment that nurtures leadership development and team growth. You'll create and manage budgets, drive organizational improvements, and ensure projects are executed smoothly.Taking full responsibility for the P&L across all Fluence projects in Australia and New Zealand, ensuring that every project is completed safely, on time, and within budget while meeting the highest standards of customer satisfaction.Engaging in complex stakeholder management with a focus on collaboration and clear communication. You'll lead by example, offering guidance to the project management team while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the region.Fostering strong relationships with customers, suppliers, partners, and senior management to ensure projects meet quality and delivery expectations from start to finish.Contributing to continuous business improvement efforts, working closely with the Australian Leadership team to align operational goals with strategic objectives.
