Job Description Be the first POC for clients, leading project and service delivery across ANZ & SEA, ensuring client success.Develop strategies to enhance delivery and drive upsell opportunities.Collaborate with sales to maximize client satisfaction and growth.Oversee project budgets and timelines to meet objectives.Implement effective project management practices.Ensure compliance with industry standards.Mentor the delivery team to boost performance.Conduct regular team performance and progress reviews.The Successful Applicant A successful 'Head of Project and Service Delivery ANZ & SEA' should have:
