In this full-time permanent role, you'll work as a part of our Library for All team from any location in Australia or across the APAC region to help us create lasting change for children everywhere.
The Head of Programs plays an important role in delivering on our vision of a better world for children.
Whether it's by participating in strategy development, senior decision-making, and building a collaborative, service-oriented and visionary organizational culture or acting as a bridging role across Publishing, Technology, Program, and Business Development functions to ensure strong planning and seamless exchange of information, you'll be contributing to our commitment to children in Australia, the Pacific and around the world.You will make a difference by:Establish comprehensive frameworks for operational oversight, monitoring, and quality assurance of program delivery across the LFA portfolio.Provide strategic operational input at critical project review points, including project design, proposal development, and donor reporting.Develop a partnership framework that enables timely decision-making, and leverages resources to deliver against our strategy.Identify common constraints and requirements across the portfolio, leading harmonization efforts in line with Save the Children standards and exploring innovative solutions.Collaborate with Finance and Business Development teams to ensure new projects align with the forward-looking LFA business model and cost-recovery mechanismsLead product management, including customer feedback processes, product planning, prioritization, and delivery.Provide direct and indirect management of program delivery staff in LFA and partner countries, focusing on supervision, support, team coordination, staff development, and performance management.A place to feel valuedYour deep expertise in senior leadership roles at international non-profit, humanitarian, or development organizations is invaluable.
