You must possess strong expertise in capital program management, as well as financial management, risk assessment, and resource optimisation.Our ideal backgroundExtensive experience in leading large-scale infrastructure programs.Strong leadership in multi-disciplinary, multi-partner environments, with a focus on risk in large-scale contracts.Expertise in program or portfolio management in a capital infrastructure environment.High-level communication skills for negotiating with industry stakeholders and contract partners.Track record in safety performance and developing continuous improvement initiatives.Why TasWaterAcross our multi-disciplinary organisation, we are serious about enhancing the skills and careers of our team members.
