How will you contribute to the team?
Perform Trading Partner's Product and Service configuration.
Work with Infrastructure team to configure EDI Trading Partner profile and validate the configuration.
Perform testing of Trading Partner's EDI messages, identify & investigate EDI data error by using EDI implementation guides.
Provide production support to Trading Partner's EDI data issue and enquiries.
Monitor Service Requests in the Queue.
Ensure the Service Requests are handled and resolved as per SLA.
What will you contribute?
BA/BCom/BSc in Business, International Business or Computer Science.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems, strong analytical skills, attention to details.
Individual must be highly motivated, eager to participate in and contribute to continual improvement, and self-driven to excel with a "Can do" positive attitude, in a dynamic, demanding, and high-performance culture.
Excellent organizational and reporting skills, with the ability to multi-task while proactively setting and managing work priorities in a pragmatic fashion.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and familiar with MS Project and MS Visio.
