Job Description Organise and systematise routine practices such as creating templates for product requirement documents Holding regular meetings with product, engineering, customer support, and other team leads to understand current roadblocks Spotting the root cause of bottlenecks and exploring solutions to address capacity constraints Communicate changes and updates regularly to anchor into culture Enhance asynchronous communication and make sure everyone understands the product development process. Create effective cross-departmental communication and decision-making The team keep each other in the loop throughout, from reviewing customer quotes to defining success metrics to developing training materials for staff in the field.
