As the Head of Product for Luxury, you will be responsible for driving growth in our Technology Products in line with the overall Global Luxury strategy. Working closely with the Chief Product Officer and Global Executive team to formulate and execute a product strategy that aligns with the overall brand goals, objectives, and priorities to achieve growth in sales, customers, and conversion.

Day to day: Lead the Technology Product team in executing and prioritising features and functionality that drive commercial outcomes and business ROI that are aligned to objectives & key results.Surface data-driven insights to help with product decisions and prioritisation.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients, their needs, and pain points to inform product decisions.Monitor product performance and iterate based on client feedback and market trends.Work closely with our brands, travel product, sales, and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption, conversion, and revenue growth.Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring product quality and timely delivery to ensure we meet investment timelines and sales growth targets.Become an expert in your domain, live and breathe the product, advocating on behalf of customers and test ideas and solutions through product demos and usability or A/B testing.Hire, train, and mentor product managers to develop their skills and ensure high-quality product development.Track outcomes using OKRs including championing Luxury throughout Leisure & Supply Project Management and Engineering teams and working closely with Global executive teams.You'll be perfect for the role if you have: 6-8+ years of experience in product management or similar field, with a focus on delivering measurable business ROI.Experience with travel agency, online travel distribution, and other consumer-facing internet-scale environments.Strong understanding of the travel or retail industry.Proven track record of developing and launching successful products that deliver business & client outcomes.Experience in or leading digital transformation to maximise product brand and commercial value.Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Ability to lead, coach, and mentor a team of product managers.Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and product management best practices.Able to understand both risks and opportunities from technology disruption and help process experts minimise internal disruption.Adopt a consultative approach in understanding the needs or requirements of internal and external stakeholders.Ability to communicate and articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.Flexibility with working hours - due to the Global nature of this role.Why Flight Centre? ?Culture: you will be employed by an inclusive company that offers a team culture like no other in the industry - Flight Centre Travel Group Australia is proud to be a certified Great Place To Work Australia New Zealand Pty Ltd.
