The Opportunity In this role, as the Head of Product, Innovation & Commercial - V Energy, reporting to the Brand Director – V Energy, you will be optimizing the V portfolio to meet evolving consumer needs, driving long-term market share, and profitable revenue growth. You will lead product & innovation strategy for V by deeply understanding the consumer's unconscious needs, identifying opportunities for innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to commercialize these plans.
As a V brand champion, you will work collaboratively with the Head of Brand, Communications & Commercial -V Energy to build brand propositions and communication strategies to support brand growth and create value for consumers. Enterprise leadership will be an important part of this role, as will the opportunity to mentor and guide more junior marketers in your role as a senior marketer within the team.
This role can be based in Sydney, Australia, or Auckland, New Zealand. What's in your toolkit? 8-10+ years of proven experience in brand leadership at Marketing Manager or equivalent levelDemonstrated ability to build and lead teams with vision, clarity and collaborationA growth mindset and the ability to navigate through ambiguityStrong strategic thinking, product innovation, commercial and marketing skillsProven track record in end-to-end New Product Development delivery, preferably in food and beverageExperience in design thinking and some exposure to test and learn methodologiesExperienced at uncovering consumer insights and application of insights to innovation ideation and developmentPassion for consumer and cultural curiosityStrong analytical skills with problem solving and critical thinkingBrand development, communications development and cost centre managementUnleash your Spirit As Suntorians we believe in Dreaming Big and Growing for Good.
