Head of Product/Senior Designer (6 Month Maternity Leave Cover)
There will be a Senior Designer role available upon conclusion of the contract.
Responsibilities Identify new leak-proof innovation and growth opportunities globally.  Drive innovation best practices including design, develop and implement Annual Product Launch Roadmap ; Innovation Product Positioning; and Design and Development Critical Path that supports the business in delivering its strategic objectives. Lead the effective and efficient ongoing management of Patents, Scientific research and testing, Global Sourcing, Quality Assurance, and Control.  Proactively communicate insights and research results throughout the business whilst championing the Insights and Analytics agenda, thus feeding into the category and channel growth.  Project and relationship management of Design Collaborations with global customers and design professionals.  Identify, establish, and lead Modibodi's Creative direction and design aesthetics.  Manage the Product and Innovation team; guiding and mentoring, maintaining Modibodi values through leading, leading by example, industry training, design direction, and ensuring the team is hitting all KPIs and deadlines. Qualifications 10 to 15 + years of experience in Product Development and Supply Chain roles with expertise in textile/apparel development  Experience working in a fast-paced, or high-growth environment Experience working in innovative apparel company especially in underwear, swimwear, activewear and sleepwear categories
