They are seeking someone with a proven track record in team management, coaching, upskilling, mentoring, and maintaining strong relationships in cross-functional areas.
Ideally, you will come from an FMCG and e-commerce background or have compelling experience in enterprise-level businesses in the B2C space.This role will have a high amount of focus on Content Automation, SEO, search and discovery, digital platforming, and best practice UX and product management.
In this role, you'll be managing both Product Managers and designers directly.
Ideally, you will have a strong background and experience in design coupled with excellence across product frameworks and capabilities.Key Responsibilities: Lead the Product and Design teams to uphold best-in-class practices, ensuring impactful solutions. Drive product development and design strategy in line with business goals and customer needs. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, operations) for successful product delivery. Implement continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and user research. Oversee a diverse team of leaders in product management, design, and BA's, providing mentorship.
