We have solid support from investors and the global gold industry as we grow our business and product pipeline.About the Role:As Head of Product Development, you will manage the ideation through to product and service delivery strategy, overseeing the full product lifecycle while working with a highly innovative team that extends from the Board to the factory floor.
This multi-faceted role involves strategic planning and the development of robust product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the Board agreed roadmaps and commercial and business outcomes.
Our products straddle chemistry, software, and robotics.
Whilst this is a Senior management role, due to the start-up nature of the company, you will need to be comfortable working as a hands-on contributor as well as leading the big picture management role.Responsibilities:Strategy & Product Development: Lead the development of existing and new product developments ensuring these are well thought through, adequately tested, and entirely fit-for-purpose and ultimately released at market accepted prices.Go-To-Market Execution: Develop effective go-to-market strategies ensuring that the cross-functional teams achieve timely industry adoption.Customer & Sales Support: Work closely with our sales and support teams to refine pricing strategies, deliver online training, and resolve any customer issues.Innovation & Technology: Embrace and further our innovation agenda, staying informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and how these could further the company on its mission.Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor and develop your staff, building a high-performance team that remains engaged, enthusiastic with a customer-centric continual improvement mindset.What we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in science or engineering, or related field; an MBA is a strong plus.10 years in product management within technology or industrial sectors, ideally with mining/exploration exposure.Proven ability to execute high-impact commercial strategies that drive revenue growth.Experienced in guiding cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and creating a culture of innovation.Enthusiasm, resilience, self-starter with good interpersonal skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
