We are seeking a proactive candidate with strong people skills to join a fast-growing fashion brand based in Surry Hills.

Your day-to-day responsibility will include:End-to-End Product Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from order placement and assortment planning to shipment execution and in-store/online performance.Product Optimisation: Partner with the buying and design teams to propose and manage move-on styles, repeat orders, and new colourways to maximise sell-through rates.Supplier Relations: Build and nurture professional relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, efficiency, and reliability.Competitor and Market Insights: Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activity and market trends to inform buying strategies.Capsule Development: Collaborate with the design team to finalize monthly capsules, ensuring a well-balanced product range aligned with trade insights and trend forecasts.Weekly Performance Analysis: Oversee comprehensive reporting, including trade performance, top and bottom sellers, new arrivals analysis, repeat order success, and markdown strategies.Team Development: Mentor, train, and develop direct reports, fostering skill growth and supporting their career progression.Team Leadership: Lead and support buyers, designers, and assistants, providing guidance and direction to achieve team objectives.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, e-commerce, and social teams to ensure products are effectively presented and optimised for success.Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and promote key styles for each season.Stock Management: Oversee stock intake to achieve monthly targets and optimise inventory levels.Profitability Goals: Deliver gross margins that meet or exceed company targets.Who you are:Demonstrated experience in a similar role.Strong analytical and numerical skills.
