Head Of Procurement - Renewable Energy

JD Ross Energy are currently looking for a Head of Procurement to work for a renewable energy organisation that focuses on developing, building and operating renewable energy projects across Australia!
Position: Head of ProcurementLocation: Sydney, NSWIndustry: Renewable Energy; Utility-Scale ProjectsSalary: $$$$ + super + bonusStart: July/August 2024Core Duties:
Establish procurement protocols and policiesDevelop and manage bid processes to procure products and services such as Requests for ProposalsSupport the commercial team in the identification and procurement of third-party energy off-takes and contract revenue streamsInterface with internal teams and external specialists to arrange technical specifications, scope of works and performance requirements into a suite of procurement agreementsActively lead and negotiate procurement agreements with upstream and downstream third parties to secure amenable terms to the companyManage vendor selection and appointmentTransfer and operationalise agreements with the Project Management team maintaining a register of interface riskMaintain the currency of procurement documentation to regulatory, legal and industry standardsIssue purchase orders to secure products and servicesConsult with senior management on all procurement activities.To apply or find out more information, please follow the link or send your CV (word format) to: ******
